At Mizanpay, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be processed for transactions made through our platform.

1. Successful Transactions

If your recharge or bill payment has been processed successfully and the service has been delivered to the intended recipient, the transaction cannot be reversed or refunded. The refund policy applies only to unsuccessful transactions.

2. Failed Transactions

In the event of a transaction failure, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact our customer support team.

Transaction failures can occur due to:

  • Insufficient funds in the payment account
  • Incorrect payment details provided
  • Technical issues or network failures
  • Payment gateway errors

3. Duplicate Transactions

If a transaction is processed twice due to a technical error or user action, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Customers must report duplicate transactions within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Partial Refund

Mizanpay does not offer partial refunds for successful transactions. If you wish to cancel or modify a service, you must contact our customer support team before the service is delivered.

6. Refund Exceptions

The following transactions cannot be refunded:

  • Successfully processed recharges or bill payments
  • Services already delivered to the recipient
  • Transactions where the service provider confirms successful delivery
  • Transactions made with fraudulent intent

7. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Mizanpay account
  2. Navigate to "Transaction History"
  3. Select the transaction you wish to refund
  4. Click on "Report Issue" or "Request Refund"
  5. Provide details about the issue
  6. Submit your request

8. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your account has been compromised or a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending investigation. We recommend contacting our support team first to resolve any issues.
